  1. Form embeding

1 - Go to the "My Forms" tab in your dashboard. Here you can manage your created forms. Under the field "HTML Embed Code" you will find the iFrame, which you can use by copy/paste.

2 - Copy the iFrame and paste it into your source code at any place in the tag

At the same time you can also use the embed code with the Google Tag Manager.

Don't use padding and make sure that the container has the full width!
