1 - Go to the "Integrations" tab in your smashleads™ dashboard. Here you can either click on "Connect now" and then search for Gmail or you can select the right Zap with Gmail directly below.
2 - Create an account at Zapier to set up your integration.
3 - Now you can create the Zap.
Select account
Click on the "Search & Select" checkbox to connect your smashleads™ account. A new window will open and you can log in with your smashleads™ login data.
Enter User-ID
You can find your User-ID in the smashleads™ Dashboard under the tab "Integrations". You can simply insert it into the field provided. After entering the ID you can finish the configuration with the button "Test & Continue".
Connect Gmail account
The connection to Gmail should be selected automatically. If this is not the case, simply search among the apps for Gmail and select it. In the next step click on the "Search & Select" checkbox and add your Gmail account.
Configure email notification
In the first field you can specify to whom the e-mail should be sent. If you only want to send an email to yourself, you can enter your own email there. If you want to send a confirmation e-mail to your leads, select the field "1st Email: sammy.smash@smashleads.de" off. This means that an email will be sent to your incoming leads. If you want to receive an email as well, sit down with your email in CC.
Set sender: Select your Gmail account in the "From" field. In the field "From Name" you can enter your name. The incoming lead will see this name in the email.
Set subject: You can define the subject in the field "Subject". For example: "Confirmation of your request for a property valuation".
Define the content of the e-mail: In the body you can now define the content of the e-mail that is sent automatically. In the body type you can also use HTML templates.
When all fields are filled in, just click on the finish button below. In the last step you only have to click on the Test & Continue button and then on Done Editing.
